Is there a set up fee?

There are 3 subscription packages to chose from. There are no set up fees unless you would like to create a customized application. Your representative can discuss your options in optimizing your white label app!

Am I charged monthly or per user or both?

Naiya is a monthly subscription purchased and is based on a standard monthly fee for a specified number of patients to be enrolled under each package.

What are the terms of the contract?

Naiya is a monthly subscription white label application with no contractual agreement. You are charged monthly for use and can cancel at any time.

How often does a patient need to log into the app per month to be an Active Monthly User that I am charged for?

Your patient/client is considered a user once you share the unique code with them and the application is 'activated'. You will see if the code has been activated, pending or de-activated, in your provider portal.

Are we charged the first 30 days?

Once you choose your subscription package, you will enter your credit card. You will start with your initial 7 day FREE trial and will be charged on day 8 of your subscription if you do not cancel before day 7. You can cancel at anytime however post day 8 you are charged your full monthly subscription fee.

What marketing materials do you provide? Is that a separate cost?

You will have access to email templates and marketing resources via your provider portal> resources section at no additional cost. You can also reach out to your business development manager for on going support or ideas on growing the use of Naiya within your practice.

Is this a billable service to my patients?

You will need to speak to your billing/coding specialists for more specific details following CMS rules/guidelines.

Do you provide a list of patient names for billing purposes?

Because we do not access patient information for privacy protection, we do not provide you a list of names as to what patients are using Naiya. However, you will see a list on the number of patients using Naiya within your practice. It is up to your office staff to keep track of or update your patients records accordingly.
