What is your implementation strategy to get my clients/patients started?

In your provider portal under resources you will have a series of email templates, text message templates and printable QR codes for immediate use and download of your new WL app. You will also have access to your long term business development representative for long term growth and success!

How long does it take to get our app up and running?

You will receive your custom code for using the app shortly after register for your subscription package online and we process the payment. You should receive an email within a few minutes. If you don’t receive the code, please contact your account representative or contact us through the webiste. If you’re signing up for an Enterprise Package with additional customization, you can start using the app right away, but the customization (e.g., custom meal plans) may take anywhere between 1 day and 2 weeks to complete.

Do I need to hire a technical team for integration?

No technical or engineering team is required on your end if you are implementing a white label application. Naiya's team will set up your application according to your subscription package.

Do you integrate into my current EHR/EMR platform?

If integration into your system is required, we can discuss you options.

How do I access my client/patient progress reports?

There are various ways you can access your patients' data/reports. You can request your patient email the data to you via the email you provide.

How long do we have your customer account management team?

We believe in long term health solutions, long term relationships and long term value! Your personal business development representative will continue to work with and follow up with you during the lifetime of your subscription.

How do I charge my clients/patients?

We do not set specific guidelines on how to charge your patients; however, your business development representative is more than happy to discuss recommendations that may best fit your patient demographics. You can charge a set cash fee or there are specific CMS provided codes we can recommend. Any coding/billing should be discussed and verified with your billing/coding specialists.

Is the app free for my clients/patients?

The application is free to download from the app store. You may choose various fees for use to charge your patients to increase your revenue. You may also discuss appropriate billing/coding options with your billing/coding specialists.

Is the App compatible with both Android and iOS?

Yes, the application is compatible with both Android and iOS.

How does my patient know how to use the application once they download it?

When your patient/client enters your custom code to install your white label application and connect to your practice, they will set up their profile and a series of short, informative, easy to use videos will be displayed. These videos will be accessible at any time within the patients menu settings for later review.

Can anyone install your nutrition tracking application on the app store?

No. This customized white label application is only accessible through a patient/clients healthcare provider or health system at this time it is not accessible to the public or direct to consumers.

How do I know who has registered for the application? Can my patients share the code with their friends and family?

Once you share the application link with you patient/client, they will be assigned a one time use, unique code to activate the app. This code can only be used one time by the person you have assigned it to. This eliminates excess use or sharing.

How do I dispute a user?

Please contact customer support for any concerns on disputing a client. All codes are unique one time use codes that should elminate any discrepencies on client use.

What percentage of users have to edit what's being recognized today?

Our technology is constantly evolving and we are relentlessly focused on making nutrition tracking effortless for users. Many of our users are able to log their meals with just computer vision and without the need for editing. However, users may need to adjust the results using our UX features. We conducted a small study where we asked super-users and users unfamiliar with our technology to log their meals. In over 95% of the cases super-users were able to log everything they tried without typing. More generally, the amount of user editing depends on the UX implementation and the settings our customers apply to the use of Passio’s SDK. From the limited feedback we received from our customers, we are seeing that users are able to log their meals using computer vision between 70% and 99% of the time depending on the implementation and use case. We are also seeing that people who are instructed about the best practices are having higher success rates. For example, I can easily log all of the foods I'm eating with computer vision. Here is an example of a video that shows best practices: https://youtu.be/lTO17HxQuh0 For cases where users are not able to log meals with computer vision we are providing a variety of other entry options, including manual search, UPC scanning, and Nutrition Label scanning.

How many food items can be recognized?

We currently recognize over 1.5 million raw and packaged foods. We are adding to our database daily. If you have specific foods or items that you would like to see added to our database, just ask!
